ONE MAG MILE – 980 N. Michigan Ave

Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) was retained by Franklin Partners to construct the interior office build out for the new tenant amenities level on the 6th floor as well as the renovation of the main floor lobby at the stunning One Magnificent Mile building.

This project consisted of constructing the floor lobby, concierge station, fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, and management offices. The 8,000 square foot project was a unique one for Franklin Partners, as it was the first exposed design in the building.
