1900 Spring Road

Development Solutions Inc. (DSI) was selected by Franklin Partners through a negotiated bid process to manage the construction of the lobby, corridors and amenities at 1900 Spring Road in Oak Brook.

This 38,000 SF multi-phase project included renovating the lobby, fitness center, conference center, management office, spec suites, new elevators, bathrooms, and corridors. The project also included an exterior plaza, parking improvements and site work for two out lots.

This project was completed on time and within budget, to the client’s complete satisfaction.
