Hines retained Development Solutions Inc. to renovate their amenity floor at the Citadel Center. This included lounge areas, a complete state-of-the-art fitness center, common rooms, bar, and rooftop patio.

The fitness center features custom millwork, a soundproof studio with isolated demising walls, ceiling, and flooring, Pliteq rubber flooring on isolated system, as well as locker rooms with showers. The lounge area features Oak flooring, 2-hour fire-rated glass entry, and open ceilings with beautiful wood plank clouds.
