DSI takes great pride in serving as the General Contractor for the Scion Group's successful office relocation to 401 N. Michigan Avenue. This new space signifies a significant milestone in the company's growth and our fourth collaboration with the client to create a workspace tailored to their unique needs.

The move was driven by the need for more contiguous office space to accommodate their expanding operations and workforce. Their new location underlines their commitment to further establishing a robust presence in the heart of Chicago's downtown.

The newly established home office spans two floors and makes a remarkable first impression with a prominent reception area, followed by private team rooms and a versatile interior staircase. This staircase serves multiple functions, featuring bench seating at the base and leading to state-of-the-art community spaces thoughtfully designed on both floors. These spaces offer a variety of settings to inspire collaboration and innovation.

The seamless integration of technology and education within Scion's corporate culture infuses every design element. From their workstations to thoughtfully crafted training rooms and work cafes, each component is strategically placed to serve as a valuable resource for enhancing new employee recruitment and retention.
