NextCapital

NextCapital, an industry leading provider of personal portfolio management services, selected Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) to renovate its 12,200 square foot headquarters in downtown Chicago.

DSI worked closely with GARNETT Architects to create NextCapital’s new workspace. The project features reclaimed wood from a Chicago River pylon and a patchwork of refinished original hardwood flooring from the century-old landmark building. The urban loft office space also features unique vistas down each corridor, cutting edge architectural details, furniture, and technology throughout the space.

DSI completed the project on-time and to the complete satisfaction of NextCapital.
