Industrious 233 S. Wacker Drive

DSI was selected as general contractor, to construct the newest Industrious Chicago location. This is the second project that has been completed for Industrious and EQ Office at Willis Tower.

The 44th floor location has a luxurious lounge, board room and study, with expansive views of the city and lakefront. This renovation included a new elevator lobby and restrooms. DSI worked with the client to modify the original layout to include additional smaller offices that would accommodate smaller work groups as a result of COVID-19.
