When Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemical manufacturing, decided to build its regional office at Citadel Center, they selected DSI through a competitive-bid process, resulting in a negotiated contract.

This 40,000 SF collaborative workplace was built on raised floors and combines open office areas with convenient private work spaces and conference rooms. Full-height glass walls, custom ceiling millwork and wall graphics combined with wired, and wireless, technology throughout showcase Nouryon’s brand. The space, designed by Partners By Design, evokes today’s best-in-class contemporary corporate environment.

DSI was able to navigate Nouryon’s stringent corporate safety requirements while maintaining a highly productive work environment that allowed successful completion of the project within a difficult 14-week schedule and rigid budget. Nouryon was thrilled with the result.
