Lincoln International, a leading banking advisory firm, entrusted DSI as the general contractor for the construction of their new downtown Chicago office, located at 110 N. Wacker Drive. The collaboration continued into phase two of the project, further solidifying their partnership.

Spanning three floors and totaling 93,650 square feet, this office space boasts seamless connectivity through an impressive interconnecting stairway. Designed with efficiency and inter-departmental synergy in mind, the layout facilitates seamless collaboration. Cutting-edge audiovisual equipment underscores the contemporary design, while a variety of workspaces, conference rooms, and collaborative areas offer versatility and productivity.

The space is characterized by high-end finishes and intricate millwork, which elegantly unify the three floors. In phase two, Lincoln International expanded its footprint to encompass the entire 50th floor, a testament to the success and growth of the firm.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Lincoln International's new office was completed on time and according to schedule. The successful outcome stands as a testament to DSI's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
