Alliant Credit Union

Alliant Credit Union, the largest credit union in Illinois, selected Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) to oversee the total redesign of their office at 11545 Touhy Avenue in Chicago.

The credit union sought a brighter, livelier space and a layout that better supported its work processes and culture. Open plan floors take advantage of the natural light while full glass front partitions bring natural light into the offices and conference rooms. The 44,000 s.f. project features a millwork wall, new conference rooms, new reception, and a new employee lounge space.

The phased project was completed over 18 weeks in an occupied space, making sure not to disrupt the clients operations.
