DSI proudly served as the General Contractor for Invision Capital‘s high-rise downtown Chicago office, where we constructed an exceptional work environment uniting neutrality, modernity, and minimalism. This space celebrates natural light and breathtaking Lake Michigan views, fostering an atmosphere of inspiration and productivity.

Ware Malcomb’s design seamlessly integrates private offices, open workstations, well-appointed conference rooms, and an inviting town hall, creating a picturesque setting for collaborative work. Acoustic excellence was a top priority for our client, and we addressed this through the careful selection of sound-dampening finishes. One standout design element is the embedded town hall lights, which add a touch of sophistication by seamlessly blending into the ceiling beams. As visitors step into the workspace, they are warmly welcomed by an inviting reception area, setting the tone for the entire office.
