When Franczek Radelet was ready to renovate their workspace they called on DSI to be their general contractor. The 2-floor, 30,252 s.f. office featured a new main lobby, conferencing center and received new tile floors, carpet, paint, architectural feature walls, and specialty lighting throughout.

The office was renovated in 4-phases so that the firm could remain open throughout the project. The project was completed in 8 months.
