SmithAmundsen, a litigation and business services law firm with seven offices throughout the Midwest, selected Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) through a competitive bid process to renovate its 68,000 square foot headquarters in downtown Chicago.

DSI worked closely with IA+D Studios to create Smith Amundsen’s new 4-story workspace. The project included a new conference room with the latest AV technology, tenant bathrooms, upgraded elevator lobby, private and shared offices, training rooms, multiple kitchens, war rooms, filing rooms and a new break room.

DSI completed this four-phase project over nine months and to the complete satisfaction of SmithAmundsen.
