Nissan North America and CBRE selected Development Solutions, Inc (DSI) as general contractor through a competitive lump sum bid process to complete the build-out for the newest state-of-the art technician training facility.

The 30,000 s.f. project included 3 technical training classrooms, a 20-bay workshop with 11 vehicle lifts, a component repair room, and an auditorium style classroom for a variety of technical, sales, and fi xed operations classes. The project also included a cutting-edge high-performance epoxy mortar specialty fl ooring system for the shop, over 75 tons of colling, a carbon monoxide exhaust system, and T-8 lighting with automated controls.
