When Armstrong World Wide Industries purchased Turf Design in 2021, the strategic plan was for Turf Design to have a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters that included offices, research & development, show room, full scale production, high pile storage, and distribution. DSI was brought on as design-build general contractor and was involved from concept through completion

The 7,000 sf office highlights a variety of their wall and ceiling products throughout and was designed for team collaboration and an expression of their culture. For the first time ever, they have a dedicated research and development area allowing them to develop and install real time. The increased production areas included several new pieces of equipment (28 in total) to allow them to be 50% more productive and incredibly more efficient.
