One North Kitchen – ONK

Located inside of One North Wacker, in the heart of the Central Business District in downtown Chicago, One North Kitchen was updated to provide an elevated dining experience. DSI was selected, as general contractor, to construct the reimagined space that optimizes space for functionality. The project also included renovations to the exterior plaza.

One North Kitchen was completed during COVID-19, under strict health guidelines. The 6,500 SF was completed safely, to the team‘s satisfaction.
