Manus Northwestern Oral Health Center

When Manus Health Systems decided to remodel their Gold Coast dental office on Michigan Avenue, they selected Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) as general contractor through a competitive bid process.

Scope of work included adding new operatories, offices, laboratory area, sterilization room and kitchen, as well as remodeling the remaining dental practice with high-end millwork, floor and wall finishes.

DSI completed the renovation of the 6,000 square foot dental suite with special attention to patient care and safety, allowing Manus staff to continue seeing patients during regular business hours.
