Kroger Foods

1900 S. Maywood Drive broke ground in the summer of 2021. To prepare for this new facility, an existing 135,000 SF building and underground storage tank was removed from the site and environmental remediation followed.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, The Kroger Company is one of the largest retailers in the United States based on annual sales. When the decision was made to expand their reach in Maywood, Illinois, they hired DSI to lead the construction.

The new 32' clear, dry ambient warehouse was completed during the summer of 2022 and now is occupied by Kroger.
