The project broke ground in Summer, 2022 celebrating the next chapter for 11800 Factory Shops Blvd. Constructed by Design-Builder, DSI Group, and led by Huntley Investment Partners, LLC, this collaborative effort, which included Craig Realty Group, Inc., The Prime Group, Inc., and The Capital Companies, has significantly impacted the area. By addressing market demands and providing essential infrastructure in Huntley, IL. This revitalization project serves as a catalyst for economic expansion, enhancing the community's prosperity and vitality

Huntley Commercial Center is a cutting-edge, two-building, multi-tenant industrial complex. The East Building, spanning 540,960 RSF, is a state-of-the-art cross-dock facility boasting 126 dock-high doors. Meanwhile, the proposed West Building, set for future construction, will encompass 177,320 RSF as a single-load facility with 30 dock-high doors. Both structures feature soaring 36-foot clear-height ceilings and expansive 60-foot speed bays. Positioned for prime visibility, the site commands attention with a remarkable 2,000-foot frontage along I-90.

Completed in Q4 2023, the development proudly welcomed Kuriyama of America, securing a lease encompassing 329,210 SF at the north end of the East building. This successful milestone underscores the fulfillment of the project's promise and its significant impact on the local industrial landscape.
