Development Solutions, Inc. (DSI) was retained by Northwestern Memorial Hospital to renovate and expand the Hematology Oncology Association of Illinois. DSI performed this through a carefully planned phasing of construction while HOAI continued to treat patients on a daily basis. During construction, DSI removed and replaced all of the existing mechanical systems and ceilings, created new pharmacies, labs and patient treatment areas, and upgraded their existing exam rooms and offices.
