Duke Geneva – Speculative Industrial Building

This 275,000 SF, 32' clear speculative warehouse building broke ground in the summer of 2022. This industrial property is positioned on a 20-acre site and was designed for two users.

DSI was selected as general contractor, after winning the project in a competitive stipulated sum, bid process. The state-of-the-art facility, located in Geneva, IL, will deliver 28 dock positions, 49 trailer stalls and two drive-in doors. Each tenant will also have a private entry point into their portion of the building.

A speculative office was built as part of the project, providing a full service work environment.
