Design-Builder DSI South and Karis Cold break ground on a $50 million Westside freezer-cooler warehouse as five more similar projects take shape.

A $50 million cold-storage project in West Jacksonville will join Jacksonville’s refrigerated-freezer warehouse movement. Karis Cold and DSI South LLC ceremonially broke ground Nov. 9 on the speculative 265,264-square-foot freezer-cooler warehouse, called Jacksonville Cold, on 24 acres at 10105 Pritchard Road in Westlake Industrial Park.
